Ms. Joyce Blair started as a kennel attendant at Southpointe in July 1988. She has also held the positions of veterinary assistant and receptionist before she became Hospital Manager in 1997.

Prior to joining the staff at Southpointe Veterinary Hospital, Joyce was a convenience store manager for several years. "My philosophy is to always put the patient's care first ,after all, they cannot talk for themselves. My management technique is to attempt to understand client and employee concerns by placing myself in "their shoes""

Her family includes husband, Daryl and son, Rael, who is an avid hockey player. Joyce's pets include 2 special needs cats. She also has a shihtzu and 3 other felines.
