Ms.Joyce Blair joined the staff at Southpointe in July 1988. She has held several positions before becoming Hospital Manager in 1997.

Joyce will address any questions or concerns from either clients or staff that come up. She is happy to take the time to talk and resolve any issues.

Her family includes her husband Daryl, son Rael and his wife Mary, a step- son Christopher and his daughter Lucy. Joyce has three cats, two of which have special needs, and all three are indeed part of her family.

Joyce loves walking, hockey and gardening.
