Gracie
August, 2008
Gracie is a gray and white tabby
born May 19th, 2008 and she is one SPUNKY girl!
She was adopted August 7th!
We had her separated from the rest of the cats
as she came to us so very young. She recently
moved into the adoption area and although she
is much younger she can definately hold her own!
When the other cats came to greet this new arrival,
Gracie puffed herself up, ran and jumped around
sideways & was a little ball of energy. It was
pretty funny to watch as the other cats decided
to sit back & try to figure out what the heck
this little furball was doing. Gracie settled
right in & is usually the one who initiates playtime
giving everyone alot of exercise. |

Picture coming soon. |

Lilly
July 2008
Lilly was adopted before
she was even placed on our adoptions list & went
to live w/Lucky. Lucky had been at Southpointe
for a long time & so was used to always having
a companion or a few kittens to play with. He
settled in very quickly in his new home & next
thing we knew his Mom was back looking for a playmate
"at Lucky's request". Seems Lucky also had some
nocturnal habits as he liked to wake his Mom up
bright & early each morning to play. Mom chose
Lily & Lucky definately approved, she moved right
in & within the 1st day they were best friends,
playing, snuggling & grooming each other.

This is a current picture of Lilly "all grown
up", a beautiful torte born March 19, 2008, perched
in the cat tree..."now where is that Lucky boy-
I think I'll pounce on his head!"

Delilah
July 2008
Delilah was adopted July
25th andwent to live with Frosty, a very rambunctious
kitten. Frosty's Mom was getting the brunt of
his playfulness and decided he needed a sibling
who could keep him busy. Delilah may be bigger
than Frosty, for now, but she is a great companion
and playmate for him- teaching him that if he
plays a little rough she can too so he gets back
what he dishes out. Though we thought Delilah
might be a little shy and would hide for a few
days, she never did and explored her new home
and family very quickly, she gets along great
with everyone and is a perfect match for feisty
Frosty!

Apollo
(aka Dave)
May 2008
Apollo went home shortly after sibling,
Delilah, on July 28th & now lives w/Gabrielle
& Captain Kid, an energetic dachshund puppy. Apollo
hid for the 1st few hours after arriving home
but was soon coaxed out to play & then explored
his new surroundings. He has met Gabby & she's
not too sure about him yet so they are being separated
until Apollo gets settled in. Once Gabby & Apollo
are comfortable, Captain Kid will get to met the
new family member... we're not sure how Apollo
will react to Captain's favorite game of "pounce
on the kitty" but maybe Gabby will come to his
aid & together they can teach Captain a new fun
game!

Gus
|
|
Gus(aka Angus)
May 2008
Officially adopted on May 6, Angus was
sent home a few weeks earlier with one of our
clients to see if her resident senior cat, Josie,
would accept him. Though it is not our policy
to do "trial adoptions" this was a very
special case. Angus had some medical problems
shortly after we took him in and many of our staff
members also became quite attached to him. Yes,
we do tend to get more attached to our strays
than we should, but there was something different
about this boy.
|

Gus
|
|
We all knew what a wonderful, loving home this
was for Angus, but of course he knew that too!
He was on his best behavior and we received weekly
updates on how Josie and Angus were getting along.
When his new Mom called and said she was going
to change his name... well, we were pretty sure
he wasn't coming back and waited patiently for
her "final decision".
We are happy to report that
he has had no further medical problems since leaving
Southpointe, and though they may still be working
out some "minor issues", Josie and Angus
were evidentally meant to be companions. This
boy purred his way into many, many hearts, including
the most important ones, his new Mom and Josie.
Our Angus is home!

Miguel (aka Pierre)
December 2008
MIGUEL went to his new home
April 3rd. He has three young children to keep
him busy, but quickly found a new best friend
and playmate with the family dog, Maya.
His new Mom says Miguel and Maya played and chased
each other for 4 hours the day she took him home.
Oh boy...poor Mom, she's really not going to get
any rest now! |

Miguel |
|
Lucky
April 2008
Lucky was patiently waiting
for that perfect home, which he found on April
23! He is an only cat for now, his new Mom is
planning on introducing a new feline friend once
Lucky has settled in. s his Mom says-"once
he owns the house and her".
We have received several updates as Lucky has
been adjusting, discovering new things and we
hear he's getting plenty of exercise running up
and down the basement stairs..well he could stand
to loose a few pounds. Lucky and his new Mom are
the perfect match , he follows her around, loves
to sleep in bed at night, and loves to be brushed.
It was just meant to be...way to go Lucky!

Smokey
(aka Kyle)
March, 2008
Smokey has been adopted and
went to his new home March 22. Although Smokey
didn't seem too fond of our other strays up for
adoption, he is showing interest in his new feline
sibling.
Right now she is keeping him
at "paws length", but we're sure once
he gets settled and they get used to each other,
they'll become great companions.
We're told Smokey is adjusting very well and one
of his new favorites things is a good belly rub!
|

Smokey
|
|
July 2008 update..well Smokey has settled in to his new home
just fine and gets along great w/sibling Missy. He has returned to his feline nocturnal
ways as his new family discovered he enjoys watching late night TV. Seems Smokey figured
out how to turn on the TV w/the remote every night around midnight and he sits comfortably
in the recliner watching whatever program happens to be on. After being jolted awake by
the loud volume of the TV a few times, his humans hid the remote, ah solved that problem!
But no, Smokey has now figured out how to turn the TV on w/out using the remote!
Okay Mom and Dad, time to get the video camera out to see what his secret is....

Star
February 2008
Our blue patch female kitten
was adopted and renamed Star. She will be going
to live with Bugsy, who was adopted from us in
September 2007.
We're told Bugsy is very active
and her current "senior" sibling is
not too interested in playing. Rumor has it Bugsy
also tires her owners out. Well, look out Bugsy,
Star has ALOT of energy and she is definitely
going to give you plenty of exercise. Can't wait
to hear funny stories of Star's adventures in
her new home!

Casanova
December 2007
Cassanova, adopted by one of
our receptionists, definitely enjoys having such
a wonderful family & home!
He has a feline sibling to run, chase and wrestle
with.. but best of all he has his "own 2
little girls "
that just love him to death. He was so comfortable
his first night home he slept in bed with the
oldest
daughter, and evidentally has "claimed"
that spot every night since then. We have seen
some updated
pictures of Cassanova and can tell he is exactly
where he is meant to be...

Milkshake
Sally and Lucy
October 2007
MILKSHAKE SALLY AND LUCY were
not here for very long at Southpointe after being
rescued from a puppy mill. Sally went home in
October with a "first time dog family"...she
was SO happy to see a backyard we were told she
spent the first 45 minutes just running and running!
Sally has adjusted very well, is very happy and
her new family adores her...way to go Sally!
LUCY, now Sweetie, also found her new home forever
home about a week after Sally left. Lucy was a
little shy and unsure at first...who can blame
her after her rough start but we're told she has
adjusted very well and she's a "little spoiled"...okay...
maybe alot! Sweetie has also come back to visit
us and looks SO happy and loves to give kisses,
although she spent time here with us, she is always
ready for home when her Mom is ready to go.
See, wishes do come true!

Calliope
(aka Olive)
October 2007
Olive, now Calliope, went to
her new home in November. She has a canine brother
and three feline siblings, one of which has the
same high energy level, so they definitely keep
each other busy (and hopefully out of trouble)
running, chasing and wrestling. Calliope has been
back to visit a couple of times and is still the
little "spit-fire" she was when she
first came to us. She is growing so quickly and
we can tell that her new Mom just adores her and
Calliope is definitely where she is meant to be.

Bubba
October 2007
Bubba, a neutered red tabby
w/white, who was found wandering in a parking
lot has been adopted. He is an "only cat"
and now lives with a very active senior who told
us she "didn't want a cat who just sat on
your lap but one that she could get down on the
floor and play with".
Well, Bubba definitely fits
that requirement and we're sure that Bubba and
his new Mom will share many happy times together..."keeping
each other young at heart!"

Baby--(Special
Needs)
September 2007
A family has adopted “Baby”,
now known as “Jewel”, where she will
be the only pet. The family had to euthanize their
old cat last spring due to lung cancer. Jewel
continues to improve and can now run quite well
with only a slight head tilt. She is still deaf
and we think that she has limited eyesight in
her right eye. She is very happy and active. Jewel
loves to be held on her back and will stretch
her front and hind legs straight out when held
like that! She also loves to watch TV. Of course,
she will be an indoors only kitty! We are so happy
that she has the special care and loving home
that she needed!
Baby started life as the offspring of a feral
cat. At about 3 months of age she was apparently
attacked by a wild animal. She was very weak and
unable to walk when a client found her and brought
her to us for emergency treatment.
Prior to her injury, she would
run and hiss when anyone tried to approach her.
As we attempted to take her out of the carrier
to examine her, she hissed and tried to bite even
though she could hardly move.. We cuddled her
and held her to calm her down. It was evident
that she had bite wounds around her head and had
severe trauma to the brain and head and neck.
She weighed less than 1 pound - literally skin
and bones - and she had fleas. It was unsure whether
she would survive her attack.
|
|
Besides treating her for head
trauma and shock, she was treated with TLC.Dr
McKee took her home to nurse her back to health.
"It was touch and go for
the first few days. I had to hand feed her and
she was unable to lap water so she was given water
through a syringe. After 4-5 days, she was able
to hold her head up although wobbly. When the
dogs in the house barked at a passing pedestrian,
Baby did not stir. It was at this point that we
realized that she was deaf," Dr McKee reports.
|

Baby
|
| It is now 5 weeks later,
and Baby is just able to play and chase toys.
She is still a little unsteady on her paws and
sometimes falls over. She loves to be with the
other cats in the household. Her most obvious
disability is that she still has trouble holding
her head still, it wobbles from side to side like
a bobble-head doll. It is hard to predict how
much more she will improve. Baby may regain full
agility, but it appears that she will always be
deaf.

Leo
September 2007
Leo is a very handsome gray
domestic longhair, approximately 4 years old.
Leo evidentially had a home at one time as he
was already neutered and he had guardian angels
that watched over him and kept him well fed "as
a stray" for over 3 months.
Leo was adopted by one of our
clients and is an only cat in his new home and
he enjoys getting all the attention!. His first
night home, after spending his first few hours
exploring, when bedtime came, he curled right
up and slept soundly on the bed...evidentally
Leo knew from the start that this is the home
he was
waiting for..this was where he was meant to be.

Bugsy
September 2007
Bugsy a female Torti born approximately
April, 2007 has found her forever home. She has
a new "older" feline sibling who wasn't
too sure about her at first, but they have become
friends and companions very quickly.
We're told Bugsy is very cuddly, loves to give
kisses and is always ready to play...but sometimes
4am is just a wee bit too early. We're sure Bugsy
will adapt to her owner's schedule shortly, so
maybe she'll get to sleep a little longer!
Bugsy came to Southpointe with
a swollen eye. We discovered she had a cuterebra
which we successfully removed and she has healed
completely with no adverse affects to her eye.

Mandy (aka Bump)
August, 2007
Bump has found a new home and
left Southpointe on August 23rd, her new name
is Mandy. She was adopted by one of our clients
who is a first time cat owner and we're sure Bump
will teach her how wonderful it is to be "owned"
by a feline.
We look forward to hearing stories
of "adventures" with Mandy as she grows
up...

Madison
June, 2007
"Miss Madison" has found her new forever
home after spending many, many days here at Southpointe.
One of our receptionists became very attached
to Maddie and decided this special kitty needed
to come home with her.
Madison has a new feline brother and is still
adjusting to her new surroundings..pretending
she's "shy" by hiding now and then,
but we're sure these two will become good friends
in no time!

Mo
February, 2007
Mo has found a new home as well! He has a new feline sibling that is
just as frisky as he is and they get along great...just what this little guy needed
to keep him busy and exercised. His new family just loves him and we know they will
share many happy times together.

Minnie
(aka Emme)
February, 2007
It's hard to believe Minnie
has been at Southpointe for a year, but it seems
Minnie wasn't the least bit worried..she knew
exactly who she was waiting for and has now been
adopted by a loving family who have been long-time
clients with us.
They adopted Pepper from us
several years ago & decided to find her a
feline companion. The girls are still getting
to know each other but we know, in time, they
are sure to become good friends. We are told Minnie
is settling in nicely and felt very much at home
that she slept on the bed the second night she
was there.
Guess it's true...good things
come to those who wait! ...

Gabrielle
and Lily
February, 2007
Gabrielle and Lily have found
their new forever home together! They became fast
friends here at Southpointe and you would often
see them together or just lounging in their cage
grooming each
other.
We are told they are doing very
well and enjoyed exploring their new home as soon
as they arrived. Lily has become a lap cat while
Gabrielle prefers to catnap on the nice big soft
bed.
We are so happy these girls went together &
know we are sure to hear some happy stories as
they share life, with love & lots of pampering
with their new family.

January, 2007
Roxy has found her new forever
home and her new name is now Kona. She is adjusting
well to her new Mom's schedule and we're told
they enjoy their special playtime together. Kona
is now an "only feline" so we're sure
she is especially enjoying some quiet time as
well.
We are very happy that this
special girl has found such a wonderful home!

Buddy
& Ginger (aka Andy & Annie)
December 2006
Buddy and Ginger were adopted
2 weeks before Christmas, were settling into their
new home just in time for Santa.
Their new Mom & Dad say they have plenty of
room to run and play, cat trees to climb &
of course each other to chase around the house..they
are very excited to have a new forever home, especially
together.

Dante
and Putter
December, 2006
Dante and Putter have found
homes, though not with each other, just before
Christmas, so they got to spend the holiday in
their new forever homes. Both boys,we're told,
are doing very well and have adjusted just fine.
Though they went separately, the both have a new
canine sibling whom they get along great with...though
it seems that Dante tries to eat the dog food
every now & then.

Dizzy,
November 2006
Although our Dizzy
never got her picture on our website, she has
found a wonderful forever home.
She has a new canine sibling and we're told the
two of them got along great from the moment they
met.
She is adjusting well to her new surroundings
and she just loves to watch the birds in the yard
through the doorwall. We are so happy that Dizzy
found that special family to love her.

Tommy,
November 2006
Our shy boy has
also found a new forever home, and we are very
excited!
Tommy was at Southpointe for almost a year and
we knew he needed an extra special home as it
seems to take him a little longer than most cats
to become comfortable in new surroundings.
January, 2007: An update on Tommy
from his owner (along with new pictures):
"Tommy is doing so well and has adjusted
to his new home. He and Chloe love playing together,
and spending time together. I cannot be happier
for both of them. Tommy really enjoys his Queen
size bed, and loves to sit on the sofa with me
to watch TV (he really does watch TV, it's hilarious).
I wanted to thank everyone at Southpointe for
being so helpful and I especially wanted to thank
Val for making such a wonderful match between
Tommy, Chloe, and myself."

Pepper,
November 2006
We have found
homes for three of Roxy's kittens, including Pepper
who just went home on November 4th. Pepper has
two new feline siblings- Barney & Buster - who
were also adopted from Southpointe.
We just knew these two wonderful boys would accept
Pepper the first day she moved in.....though we're
not sure they may be so happy once they realize
that Pepper will probably be "in charge" soon...
we're sure we'll hear some interesting ad wonderful
stories from their Mom in the future.

Belle,
August 2006
Belle, our special
girl has found her new forever home and moved
right in as if she has lived there all her life.
She loves her new Mom and her "Dad to be"
and is trying her hardest to get the resident
rabbit to be her friend.
Belle has her own
toddler Sponge-Bob Squarepants bed/couch and can
be found lounging there during the day, of course
she also loves to snuggle in bed with her new
Mom. Belle holds a special place in our hearts
as she is such a loving cat & was a wonderful
Mom raising kittens when she was just a kitten
herself.
We are so happy
that Belle has found the loving home she so truly
deserves.

Envoy,
August 2006
Envoy was rescued
from the wheel-well of an Envoy (hence his name)
and didn't even get on our adoptions list before
being adopted.
This cute little
guy is about 4 months old and his nickname at
Southpointe is "Romeo"... he loves to
be held- when you pick him up he purrs non-stop,
snuggles right up against your face & gives
kisses..what a lover!
His new family
has never had a cat before, so Envoy is a perfect
match- he will definitely show them how precious
it is to be loved by a feline.

Tucker,
July 2006
Tucker is now Carmine
DelGato- Wow! and has found a loving home with
a new family including a canine sister, Mabel.
Carmine warmed right up to his new Mom & now
is also Dad's buddy. Carmine is a lap cat and
we are told sometimes he is so content on a lap,
purring and rolling around that he almost falls
off that lap onto the floor- silly kitty.
Carmine has also
acquired a taste for Mabel's food & will nudge
her away from the bowl..good girl, Mabel, is always
willing to share. When Mabel wants to play, she
goes nose to nose w/Carmine & the games begin!
Sometimes Mabel chases Carmine & sometimes
Carmine chases Mabel. Carmine DelGato has certainly
found his perfect home!

Wally,
July 2006
Wally has purred
his way into a new home with one of our vet assistants.
He immediately made friends with Libby, a chihuahua,
but
has now discovered he has several feline siblings
that also
want to be friends. He is definitely very happy
in his new home.
Wally is a male, cream, domestic longhair with
a beautiful, wll kept coat born approximately
March, 2003. He was found as a stray & came to
Southpointe with some bite wounds that have since
healed.

Freya
(aka Petunia), March 2006
Petunia has found
a new home with a wonderful family that will give
her plenty of attention and lots of love!
Her new name is
Freya (named after the Norse Goddess of Love)
and she has a new feline brother, Loki ( named
for the Norse God of Fire and Mischief). They are
still getting used to each other but we're sure
in time they'll be the best of friends.... and
will share lots new adventures together!

Gabriel
(aka Michael), February 2006
Michael (now Gabriel)
was adopted by a client who also has a 4 month
old kitten, Victor. Michael, is a neutered gray
tabby born approximately 6/05. Michael is truly
the cat who fell from Heaven...he was found by
one of our clients at the airport after he fell
off a parking lot level approximately 50ft high-
he evidentally floated to the ground for he did
not have any broken bones or injuries other than
a small amount of blood from his nose.
Victor & Michael
became fast friends when Victor came in for vaccines.
We're sure these youngsters are finding all kinds
of new adventures to share together...probably
keeping Mom very busy these days.

|
Wilson,
March 2006
Wilson found a
home almost at the same time Michael was "moving
out". Wilson, born approximately 5/05 is
a neutered domestic shorthair. It seems he has
not had alot of human contact in his life as he
is very shy & scared.
Wilson is an "only
cat" in his new home and is still rather
quiet during the day, it seems he comes out to
play at night as his new Dad find kitty toys scattered
everywhere when he gets up in the morning. Wilson
is not hiding, which is really exciting news,
we thought it would take him a while to adjust
to a new home, but he is doing very well and will
certainly thrive now that he has found his perfect
home!

Marcie,
January 2006
Marcie
is a domestic longhair, muted calico, about 5 years old.
Marcie
is our first adoption of 2006! One of our clients adopted her on 1/18/06
to be a companion for her current cat who is 16. Marcie has "moved right
in" and gets along very well with her new sister, she used to sleep alot
while here at Southpointe but that has all changed now that she has a
new forever home...she is very happy!
She was
brought to us by a client who has been taking care of her since summer
2005, but was unable to keep her. She is very friendly & purrs almost
constantly, she loves to be held & loves people.

| Charlie
and Pigpen, December 2005
The
last of the Peanuts Gang, Charlie & PigPen went to their new home
just before Christmas. Though we gave them specific instructions about
being "good kitties", PigPen decided after a few days that he
was going to climb the Christmas tree, Charlie on the other hand was good
and evidentally watched his brother get into trouble so he hasn't attempted
to climb the tree....yet.
Charlie & PigPen
have bonded with each other since the rest of their siblings were adopted
& so we are very happy that they were adopted together! They have
a new family that loves them very much as you can see by their picture,
and they are both thriving in their new home with lots and lots of love.

Schroeder, December
2005 Schroeder
was adopted and went home with his new family on December 2. They currently
don't have any other pets,
so Schroeder gets ALL the attention. He likes to lounge under the Christmas
tree and so far we've heard he is behaving himself & not "un-decorating
the tree".
Kitty Kat (aka Autumn),
December 2005
Autumn followed her
brother "out the door" about 5 days later. She went to live
with a wonderful family who have a dachshund and a pair of cockatiels.
Her new name is Kitty Kat and her family reports that she is adjusting
very well to
her new home. She evidentally likes to play with her canine sister's tail
when she's not looking...and so far we haven't heard that she is trying
to chase the birds, good girl, Kitty Kat!

Linus, November
2005
Linus
has found a new home and has a new golden retriever brother. They met
in our waiting room and knew they “were meant to be brothers”.
His new owners have found out that this little guy has a lot of energy
as he was racing up and down the stairs his first night home, now he likes
to sit on the stairs and “bop” his brother in the head as
he walks by. Linus is very happy in his new home.

| Treasure
(aka Aurora), November 2005 Aurora,
is now named Treasure and was adopted by one of
our clients who has adopted from us twice before.
Treasure has a new canine sister, a feline sister
and 2 more feline brothers, so in addition to
her new “human family” she has plenty
of furry siblings to keep her busy. We know she
is very loved and will have many new exciting
adventures in her forever home! |

Fluff and Professor Stokes (aka Magnum and Bob),
October 2005
“Magnum”
and “Bob” have both found new forever
homes, though not with each other.“Magnum”,
now “Teddy Fluff” moved right in with
his new family and made himself right at home.
He made fast friends with his new “brother”,
an energetic lab, and has 2 youngchildren that
absolutely adore him and play with him constantly.
“Bob”
now “Willie”, also moved right in
with his new family and coincidentally has a new
“canine brother” too, though he is
a little older and more sedate. We’re sure
that won’t last long with “Willie”
bouncing around the house

| Ethel,
September 2005
Ethel
waited patiently each and every day. She seemed
so very quiet and never seemed to play
She found a favorite, comfortable chair to nap
away her days. One day Ethel heard a voice
That spoke to her alone we want to take her out
of here and give to her a home Ethel jumped up
off her chair and did a little dance she purred
so loud - in stereo for this, her second chance!
We
are so excited! “Ethel” has found
the perfect forever home with a wonderful retired
couple.
She has a big house to explore and even a screened
in porch for birdwatching. “Ethel”
seems
to have made herself at home right from the start,
as she slept in a "real people bed"
her first night home.” Ethel” has
also discovered that laps are much better than
laying on chairs, she is very happy.

| Hoss
(aka Harvey), September 2005
Hoss
also found a new home, just about 1 week after.
“Ethel” He is being very pampered
as an “only kitty”, loves to snuggle
in bed with his new owner- though he does like
to play with toes under the covers, and he loves
to spend his day sitting in the window watching
the birds… Hoss loves to follow his new
“Mom” around, though sneaky guy is
probably trying to get more food in his bowl…

| Jewels,
October 2005
“Jewels”
is the next lucky one! One week after Harvey went
home, she too found a new forever home. Her new
“Dad” is retired and says he will
have plenty of time to spoil “Jewels”
and treat her like the princess she knows she
is. What a wonderful happy life this special girl
is going to have, but then she truly deserves
it!

One of our clients, who has adopted from us before,
couldn’t resist this little cutie. “Puddin’”

brother, who hopefully will be “Puddin’s”
new playmate… “Puddin” is sure
to be spoiled in no time at all!

Elaine, July
2005
One
of our clients who has adopted several cats from us came to pick her up
today. She is very good w/"hard to place" felines, and Elaine
will have several
feline friends in her new home- hopefully she will become less timid with
all the attention she will be getting.
Elaine is a brown
patch tabby about 2 years old. She was caught in a live trap and came
to Southpointe in December of 2004. Elaine was a feral cat and very distrustful
of humans but she never tried to bite. She has stayed in the treatment
room with the techs in order to gradually expose her to humans and other
animals.
Lindsey works daily
with Elaine and with alot of patience, love and compassion has taught
her that humans are not so bad after all. She will now let us pet her,
brush her and even hold her, and like any other feline, she'll even purr
for us. The day Elaine discovered cat toys and started to play, was a
major breakthrough--you would have thought we'd never seen a cat play
the way we watched her in amazement, it was a very exciting time! Elaine
is still timid outside of her cage, but Lindsey is working on that. Elaine
has traveled a long journey in her short life but day by day she comes
closer to being a "real cat".

Twiggy, June
2005
“Twiggy”
is a one-year-old muted calico who definitely had a guardian angel the
day that she was rescued and brought to Southpointe. She came to us emaciated,
anemic and weighed all of 2 pounds! She was in very bad shape. We had
to feed her very small amounts of food every hour so that she wouldn’t
eat too much, too fast – she was literally starving!
We weren’t even
sure that she would even survive, but she was determined and so were we.
With proper diet, medical care, and lots of TLC, “Twiggy”
started to thrive. Each day she became stronger and her weight almost
doubled in less than a month’s time. She has turned into a beautiful
cat!
Life just keeps getting
better for this special girl. She has now been adopted and will have a
new home where she will be loved, well taken of, and we’re sure
very spoiled for the rest of her days. Her new name is “Misty”
and she also has a new housemate, Princess. We’re sure that those
two girls will share many happy years together

Lila
Lila
was found in a strip mall parking lot by a good samaritan--dropped off
by car, by people that said they were moving and couldn't take care of
her anymore. She is about 5 months old, full of energy and very sweet.
She learned how to sit and come in one evening. She has had no accidents
in her foster home. She is going to live with a 12 year old girl who will
be her master. Her family will include an 8 year old cat and a 16 year
old girl and 10 year old boy and , of course, the parents who agreed to
the adoption!

Kami
Kami
has been adopted by one of our clients who has both cats and dogs and
is fitting in very well. She is enjoying life as a pampered feline and
is very happy with her new family.
Kami is a 1 year old
all white domestic shorthair has the most beautiful blue eyes. Contrary
to the belief that white cats with blue eyes are deaf, we believe Kami
can hear just fine, except of course when you want her to move off your
comfortable chair, then she pretends she's sleeping- don't all felines
ignore us at some point? Open a can food and see how fast she runs to
your side..nope, this kitty knows exactly how to get what she wants and
if you don't get the idea, she'll purr until your ears fall off!
