    You may either call during business hours or e-mail us at anytime to request an appointment for your pet. E-mail requests will be answered via e-mail within 4 business hours.   Surgical Appointments:
    You must call us to schedule surgery appointments. You may click here to download a hospital consent form. Please read this before the day of your appointment. If you have any questions regarding your pet's surgery or this consent form, please ask us. You will be required to sign this form on your pet's admittance to the hospital. You may also click here to learn of the exceptional care that we will provide for your pet during its hospital stay.

Boarding:
